Warm Air Gas Heating
System3 Limited manufactures high-specification insulating glazing units and toughened laminated glass.
Recently, the company expanded production into a new facility. Therefore, they required a reliable heating solution for the renovated premises.

Heating System Installation
We completed a full heating installation for System3’s newly acquired building.
The system included five LX60 and LX90 warm air gas heaters. Additionally, all units are fully ErP compliant.
To improve air circulation, we installed eight CECx destratification fans. As a result, warm air distributes evenly throughout the space.
The building covers approximately 60,000 square feet. Therefore, the project required an 88.9mm stainless steel gas supply line.
The Result
System3 was extremely pleased with the finished installation and heater performance.
As a result, the workspace became more comfortable for employees across the facility. This improvement supports their precision manufacturing processes.
